Between late 2011 and early 2012, Zaum Language Services designed a strategic plan intended to transform it from the solo practice of a high-performing international linguist into a company with structured processes in place for team-based work, while adding technological expertise and cutting-edge innovation to its solutions. Out of that plan also emerged a vision of becoming a global company that offers much more than translation services. Today, nearly 10 years after this transformation, we are proud of our history and of all the work we put in every day in pursuit of our vision.
In 2020, Zaum is once again featured in the Common Sense Advisory (CSA Research) Top 10 ranking of Latin American language providers, and makes its debut on the CSA Global Growth ranking (with another Top 10 showing) as one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry in 2019. CSA is an independent market research company with an exclusive focus on the globalization, localization and interpretation industry. It is highly rewarding to have our efforts recognized by renowned institutions. These achievements are a result of our continuous improvement process aimed at strengthening our collaboration with clients and partners.
There are many challenges to continuously deliver a top-quality service, now and into the future. One of the keys to that effort is a commitment to excellence in project management and to successfully integrating with our client’s processes and technology solutions. We do that by relying on a team of more than 20 highly trained employees, in addition to a few hundred freelance translators spread across the world, who complete regular training and assessments aimed at improving their skills.
